Report a wrong correction
The checker underlined a passage that is perfectly correct? Send us the sentence and the suggestion it made. These reports help us turn off the rules that are wrong too often.
Report a missed mistake
An obvious mistake went unnoticed? Send us the sentence. Our checking engine is open source software: we can pass the most useful cases on to its authors.
A website that cannot be read
If checking a page or a website fails, tell us the address and the message displayed. Some pages built entirely with JavaScript contain no text a robot can read.
We reply in English or French, within a time that depends on availability.
